This page allows us to inform users of the BoO solution about our policy for the collection, use and disclosure of personal data.
Users who choose to use our BoO Nounou and BoO Parent applications as well as our website www.boo-solution.fr and our WEB application https://webapp.boo-solution.com/ are thus aware and accept the conditions of this policy defined here.
KREODEV strives to be up to date in the steps taken to be in compliance and undertakes to process the data it collects in compliance with the general data protection regulations: GDPR applicable from May 25, 2018.

3.Data collected
Information you send us:
The BoO solution collects various information that you provide to it directly through the BoO Nanny and BoO Parent applications, including personal data that may contain any photos, comments or other items that you upload or post to the applications.
“Personal Data” means information that identifies you and that is collected in the following contexts:
– Creation and administration of your account, the information we collect is as follows: last name, first name and e-mail address
– Creation and administration of children who are followed in the applications, the information we collect is as follows: name, first name, sex, date of birth)
– Registration of parents’ contact details, the information we collect is as follows: last name, first name, telephone number, e-mail address
For information, the data requested are not all compulsory; which gives you the choice of whether or not to transmit your personal data.
Information We Collect Automatically:
When you use the BoO applications, we also automatically receive certain information from your mobile device and your use of the application, including a mobile device identifier (for sending notifications for example), the system of operation, version, language setting and other similar information, such as time spent in different sections of applications and error rates.
4.Duration of storage
Removal mechanisms (children, parents’ contact details as well as account) are made available in the applications. We delete or anonymize your personal data as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we collected it.
You can freely access, modify or delete your personal data, except legal obligations to keep them by KREODEV.

5.Data processing
The operation of our applications: registration, user identification and account management, access to content and services, require the collection and processing of your personal data.
KREODEV undertakes not to communicate, sell, transfer or distribute by any other means whatsoever your Personal Data to third parties, except for the purposes of compliance with a legal obligation stipulated in Art. 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR; for the purpose of running your contrat according to Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR; or if you give us your explicit consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR.
6.Third parties
Your personal data are exclusively intended to be used by KREODEV. However, they can be sent to our subcontractors listed below as part of the BoO solution:
– ONLINE company: hosting of our dedicated servers (server located in FRANCE)
– CLOUDINARY company: hosting of photos transmitted via the application
– SENDINBLUE company: autoresponder / emailing system
– MAILJET company: emailing system
Neither KREODEV, nor one of its subcontractors, sells the personal data of users of its BoO solution.
However, you are informed that in the event of illegal activities, suspicion of illegal activities, for the purposes of investigations or judicial requisitions, your personal data may be transmitted, on request, to judicial or control authorities: police, gendarmerie, magistrate, departmental directorate for the protection of populations, tax or social services etc …
7.Security
KREODEV strives to put in place the necessary measures to ensure the security of the personal data it collects.
The personal data collected is hosted by our specialized subcontractors:
hosting on a dedicated ONLINE server (highly secure datacenters eligible for several levels of certification) of our application servers and our databases. The Boo solution servers are located in data centers in FRANCE.
hosting photos on CLOUDINARY with secure access
The personal data stored in the database is also encrypted and anonymized.
8.Rights
In accordance with the legislation in force, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition and limitation of the processing of your personal data.
Right of access (Art. 15 of the GDPR): you have the right to request confirmation that your Personal Data is or is not being processed, and, where applicable, to request access to your information and Personal Data, by example in order to know the categories of Personal Data concerned or the type of processing to which they are subject.
Right of rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): you have the right to request the correction of your inaccurate Personal Data.
Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): you have the right to request erasure of your Personal Data without undue delay in certain circumstances, for example if your Personal Data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or if you withdraw your consent on which their processing is based, according to Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR and when there is no other legal basis for processing.
