The purpose of these general conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as “T & Cs”) is to determine the rules for using the BoO solution which includes the “Boo Nounou” and “Boo Parent” mobile applications published by the company KREODEV.
By installing the applications on your terminal and / or by accessing the applications, as a visitor and / or user, you unconditionally accept or reserve all of the T & Cs defined below. If you do not wish to accept these T & Cs, we ask you not to install the applications.
Any use of the applications must be done in compliance with these T & Cs and the Privacy Policy of which you must be aware.
Article 1. DEFINITIONS
T & Cs: the T & Cs are the General Conditions of Use. They constitute the rules for using the services.
Personal data: The personal data recorded in the context of the use of the services of the application are as follows: name, first name, date of birth, age, sex, email address, password, photo (avatar).

KREODEV owns the “BoO” solution, ie the 2 “BoO Nounou” and “BoO Parent” applications on the Android and iOS platforms, as well as the WEB application and the showcase site.
Services: designate the different functionalities and services offered by the BoO applications.

BoO solution / BoO mobile applications: “The BoO solution” or “The BoO applications” brings together the 2 mobile applications “BoO Nanny” and “BoO Parent” which allow the exchange of information between early childhood professionals and parents.
The BoO applications are available free of charge in the “Apple Store” and the “Google Play Store” to be downloaded by the User on their Apple iOS and Android device.
The term “Application (s)” also includes content, software, programs, tools (programming, navigation, etc.), databases, operating systems, documentation and all other elements and services. which composes it, the updates and the new versions which can be brought to the applications by KREODEV.
WEB application: “The BoO solution” has a WEB application that allows the user to connect to his account via a web browser.
User: the term “User”, within the framework of these T & Cs, designates a natural person of full age or minor who has previously obtained the authorization of his parents or the person vested with parental authority, and who has downloaded the applications for his needs. own, for strictly personal, non-commercial, non-profit direct or indirect use.
More precisely, the User mainly targeted by the BoO Nounou application and the WEB application is the early childhood professional (can be part of the following list for example: Nursery Assistant, Home of Nursery Assistants, Crèche, Micro- Nursery, Nanny, Baby Sitter and others).
The User of the BoO Parent application will be the person (s) wishing to be informed of the children’s activities at the early childhood professional (can be part of the following list for example: Parents, other relatives: Papis, Mamis , Legal Manager, Guardian and others).
Article 2. PURPOSE OF APPLICATIONS
Several services can be offered to the User, in particular:
– On the BoO Nounou application
Creation, modification, deletion of an account
Creation, modification, deletion, archive of a child
Sharing a child’s unique code with their parents
Entering and deleting an arrival, departure or absence for a child
Entering and deleting an event (such as change, meal, activity, nap, care) for a child present or for several events (grouped event)
Sending photos to parents
Viewing the event thread
Search for a day spent per child
Sending alerts to parents and receiving alerts from parents
Enter and send a summary for the day to parents
Creation, modification, deletion of menus per day
Viewing and correcting the attendance sheet for one month of a child
– On the BoO Parent application
Addition, deletion of a child via his unique secure code provided by the nanny
Viewing the event thread
Viewing the menus offered to the child
Search for a day spent per child
Sending alerts to nannies and receiving alerts from nannies
This list is not exhaustive and can be modified at any time by KREODEV without any liability being incurred as such by anyone.
Article 3. ACCESS TO APPLICATIONS
To access and use the applications, You must have a compatible telephone or a mobile device and access to the Internet.
The applications can be downloaded free of charge from the “Apple Store” and “Google Play Store” platforms on the following mobile devices:
– Apple® Iphone® mobile phone with the iOS operating system running iOS 10 or higher.
– mobile phone with the operating system Android® OS 5.0 or higher.
The software version of the applications may be updated from time to time to add new functions and services.
An application is also available for users of the BoO Nanny application directly from a web browser. The url is: https://webapp.boo-solution.com/
Article 4. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
The applications are available for download to Users free of charge, excluding subscription costs from the mobile telephone operator, excluding connection and access costs to the Internet network and any additional costs billed for loading data.

Article 5. CREATION OF AN ACCOUNT
Access to the Services available on the BoO Applications is accessible to any User. However, access to the BoO Nounou application requires the User to create an account. Registration in the name of a legal person is only possible by a natural person of full age capable and having the necessary powers to bind and commit this legal person.
The User communicates the required personal information for this creation (in particular name, first name, email address, etc.).
The User may request at any time that his account be deleted by activating this feature in the “my account” section or by sending an email to [email protected]
Article 6. APPLICATION OF THE T & Cs
The T & Cs are applicable to any User of the applications and Services.
The User is invited to read carefully and at each visit the T & Cs which are accessible by hyperlink in the application menus and may be modified at any time and without notice by KREODEV.
Applications may be subject to regular updates. In this regard, any application downloaded by a User has a limited validity in time, taking into account these updates that must be downloaded and any technical, legislative or regulatory changes, over which KREODEV has no control.
Article 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF APPLICATIONS
KREODEV is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the BoO solution and its applications.
None of the provisions of the T & Cs may be interpreted as an assignment, transfer, sale, concession, license, loan, rental, or operating authorization granted directly or indirectly by KREODEV for the benefit of the User on the applications their content and / or services.
Article 8. USER LICENSE
KREODEV grants the User a personal right to use the applications, content and services, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable, non-transferable and worldwide for his own needs in the context of the use of the Applications and Services, to the exclusion of any other purpose.
The User is strictly prohibited from accessing and / or using the source codes of the applications and / or the software components of the applications.
The User does not acquire any intellectual property rights over the applications and the WEB application, the content and / or the services or any other rights other than those conferred herein.
This license does not confer any right of use to the User on the content. The User therefore refrains from reproducing, representing, adapting and / or exploiting either content.
The User expressly agrees that the use of the application does not in any way infringe the rights of KREODEV, and in particular that this use does not constitute an act of infringement, of unfair or parasitic competition of the content. .
Article 9. USER OBLIGATIONS
The User expressly agrees:
– not to permanently or temporarily reproduce the applications and the WEB application in whole or in part, by any means and in any form;
– not to use software or processes intended to copy the content without the prior written consent of KREODEV.
– not to carry out any adaptation, modification, translation, transcription, arrangement, compilation, decompilation, assembly, disassembly, transcoding, nor to apply reverse engineering (or “Reverse Engineering”) of all or part of the applications, of the WEB application, Services and / or Content;
– not to export the applications, to merge all or part of the applications with other computer programs;
– not to make short quotations, analyzes and reproductions intended for press reviews as well as for other uses expressly authorized by the law within the limits and conditions fixed by the latter and subject in particular to mention the name of the authors and the editorial source
– to expressly renounce the use of software or devices liable to disrupt the proper functioning of the applications, nor to initiate any action likely to impose a disproportionate burden on KREODEV’s infrastructures;
– not to extract or reuse, including for private purposes, without the prior written authorization of KREODEV, a substantial part or not of the content of the databases and archives constituted by the applications;
– not to set up systems liable to pirate the applications and / or the content in whole or in part, or liable to violate these T & Cs;
– to inform KREODEV as soon as it becomes aware of an act of piracy and in particular of any illegal or non-contractual use of the applications and / or the Content, whatever the mode of distribution;
– not to sell, rent, sublicense or distribute in any way the applications and / or the content to third parties.
More particularly, the user of the “Boo Nounou” application expressly agrees to have the authorization of the child’s legal representative to use his data.
Article 10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
As part of the use of the BoO solution, KREODEV processes the Personal Data of Users.

Article 11. AVAILABILITY OF APPLICATIONS
KREODEV undertakes to make its best efforts to secure access, consultation and use of the Services of BoO applications. the applications are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week except in the event of force majeure or the occurrence of an event beyond the control of KREODEV and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the applications. Maintenance interventions may be carried out without the Users having been previously notified.
Article 12. LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES
The information disseminated on the BoO Applications is provided for strictly and exclusively informative and indicative purposes.
KREODEV makes its best efforts to keep the Application and the Services up to date and to disseminate reliable, lawful and up-to-date information. However, KREODEV cannot guarantee the integrity, accuracy, completeness, timeliness or other quality of the information disseminated on the applications and the WEB application.
The User is solely responsible for the proper use with discernment of the Services made available to him on the Applications. KREODEV cannot be held responsible for the direct and indirect consequences, material or immaterial, which may result from the consultation, use and / or interpretation of the information and / or advice contained on the Applications by the User.
Access and use of the Applications are at the User’s own risk. The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. It is the responsibility of each User to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and / or software stored on their computer and telephone equipment against any attack. KREODEV cannot be held responsible:

in the event that the User is unable to access or use the Site, Application and / or Services for any reason whatsoever;

Furthermore, KREODEV declines all responsibility in the event of improper use of the terminal and / or an incident related to the use of the terminal while using the Application.
Article 13. CHANGES IN THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
The applicable T & Cs are those in effect on the date of connection and use of the applications by the User.
KREODEV reserves the right to modify, at any time, all or part, of the provisions of the T & Cs without notice or prior information to Users in order to adapt them to changes in services, to technical, legal or jurisprudential developments or during the implementation. new benefits.
Any modifications made by KREODEV to the T & Cs will be brought to the attention of Users simply by posting them online. Article 14. TERMINATION
KREODEV may terminate use of the Applications at any time by giving you notice of termination.
Upon any termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will terminate and you must cease all use of the Applications.
